Trans4mative Strategies, LLC was founded by Tina Marie Behers, an internationally recognized expert in enterprise Agile transformation, digital modernization, and executive leadership development. With over 25 years of hands-on experience working with Fortune 500 companies, federal agencies, and defense contractors, Tina created Trans4mative Strategies to help organizations evolve faster, lead better, and deliver results that matter.
