Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase or 7 calendar days prior to a scheduled service (whichever comes first).

For subscription services or multi-session engagements, only the unused portion may be eligible for a prorated refund, if applicable.

The service was not delivered as described

You cancel a scheduled service within the permitted timeframe

6. Refund Method
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
