This Refund Policy outlines when and how you may request a refund and under what conditions refunds are granted.

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

a. Timeframe for Refund Requests
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of purchase or 7 calendar days prior to a scheduled service (whichever comes first).

  • For subscription services or multi-session engagements, only the unused portion may be eligible for a prorated refund, if applicable.

b. Valid Reasons for Refund

A refund may be issued if:

  • You accidentally made a duplicate payment

  • The service was not delivered as described

  • You cancel a scheduled service within the permitted timeframe

  • You are dissatisfied due to a legitimate issue and we are unable to resolve it

4. Non-Refundable Items
  • Services that have already been delivered

  • Digital products (e.g., PDFs, templates) once downloaded

  • “No-show” for live or virtual sessions

  • Customized engagements or contracts with “non-refundable” terms explicitly state

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at Support@trans4mativestrategies.com with:

  • Your name and contact information

  • Date and method of purchase

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any relevant documentation

We aim to respond to all refund inquiries within 5 business days.

6. Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or payment provider.
